Job description:
- Receive, inspect and product handling as required (including delivery of products when needed).
- Respond, consult and guide customers to experience products at the showroom.
- Support repair and warranty of equipment that the company is distributing.
- Customer care after repair/warranty, ensuring the best service quality.
- Carry out work reports and assigned tasks as required.
- Participate in other related tasks as directed by superiors.
- Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview.
Candidate requirements:
- Gender: Male.
- Education level: Graduated from College/University in Electrical - Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related engineering and technology fields.
- Professional knowledge: Have basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.
Experience:
- Have knowledge or passion about photography and technology products.
- Good communication skills, teamwork skills and the ability to handle situations quickly.
- Passionate about business and having sales experience is an advantage.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the field of customer service, communicating directly with customers.
