Technical and customer service staff (Photography industry)

Job description:

  • Receive, inspect and product handling as required (including delivery of products when needed).
  • Respond, consult and guide customers to experience products at the showroom.
  • Support repair and warranty of equipment that the company is distributing.
  • Customer care after repair/warranty, ensuring the best service quality.
  • Carry out work reports and assigned tasks as required.
  • Participate in other related tasks as directed by superiors.
  • Job details will be discussed specifically during the interview.

Candidate requirements:

  •  Gender: Male.
  • Education level: Graduated from College/University in Electrical - Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunications, or related engineering and technology fields.
  • Professional knowledge: Have basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.

Experience:

  • Have knowledge or passion about photography and technology products.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork skills and the ability to handle situations quickly.
  • Passionate about business and having sales experience is an advantage.
  • Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the field of customer service, communicating directly with customers.

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00)
